LED low refractive index silicone encapsulated silicone

    This product is a two component low refractive index silicone liquid sealing adhesive, composed of two components A and B, belonging to 1.41 refractive index silicone. It can be used in SMD packaging, COB packaging, molding, and integrated packaging. This product has excellent electrical insulation performance, strong adhesion to metal materials such as copper, silver, aluminum, and PPA, and excellent thermal stability. It can withstand high temperatures of 250C for a long time. Can be used for a long time at -60~+220C. And it has excellent thermal aging resistance and visible light penetration performance.

    Operation and Safety
    • Mix materials A and B evenly in proportion, and then place them under vacuum for 30 to 40 minutes.
    • After defoaming, use a syringe or dispensing machine to fill. After filling, proceed to the curing process.
    • When using the product, pay attention to wearing labor protection to avoid high temperature burns during the construction process and prohibit consumption.
